Western Union

For Western Union, IDmission supports both live agent based and remote digital document verification in 40 countries. Agents doing live verification use a mobile app for document capture, based on the IDmission SDK. Customers initiating or receiving funds transfers have their documents verified and full transaction records stored for audit and compliance.


Payoneer, a global money transfer and payments service, used IDmission to replace a paper process for capturing identity and performing onboarding KYB and KYC checks. Integrated with their SalesForce system, an IDmission generated URL is sent to the customer, opening the form to capture identity information. IDmission performs the KYB and KYC checks for the organization, and captures identity documents via mobile scan from the designated company representative. Data is returned to Payoneer to complete the account opening.
