In 2011 Ashim founded IDmission LLC bringing cloud based smart processes solutions that enable seamless integration of Identity Management and Payments into customized smart processes for the enterprise of the future. Brett has served as Vice Chairman of The Fresh Market, Inc’s (NASDAQ:TFM) Board of Directors since March 2009 and has been a director since December 1985. The Fresh Markets, Inc. is a North Carolina based specialty retailer. As of April 30, 2010, the Company operated 155 stores in 19 states, and has revenues of over USD 1 Billion and over 8,000 employees. The Company focuses on perishable product categories, which include meat, seafood, produce, deli, bakery, floral, sushi and prepared foods. Its non-perishable product categories consist of traditional grocery and dairy products, as well as specialty foods, including bulk, coffee and candy, and beer and wine. Brett served as the President and Chief Executive Officer for the Fresh Market from 1998 to 2009, successfully growing its revenues from USD 100 million to USD 1 billion.
Prior to joining The Fresh Market, Brett was a consultant with Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman Group). Brett has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, and a JD from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
Sandeep has been architecting, building and delivering state-of-the-art payment processing platforms for the last 12 years, first as Senior Architect with Infonox, in Sunnyvale, California, USA and then with TSYS Acquiring Solutions. Among a long line of his projects is the Western Union Mobile Money Transfer, GE Consumer Finance Biometrics Kiosk and more recently the VISA project for biometric payments using the Unique Identification Authority of India for biometric authentication.
Angela is one of the US Payment Processing industries foremost experts in product development and implementation. She has over 10 years of experience with TSYS Acquiring Solutions in Tempe, Arizona. Angie was instrumental in defining, developing some of the largest products in the industry including MasterCard Dex, the first connection that enabled VISA and MasterCard to send transactions to each other via TSYS, and the Discover MAP project which enabled Discover Network to execute their new merchant acquiring business model and was implemented for Discover by TSYS.
